What we can help with

• Choosing between sizes. Fifteen ounces against twenty for a morning mug, an eight and a half inch pasta bowl against a ten inch dinner plate, one butter dish against the wider one that takes a European block.
• Anything on this site that looks wrong. A wrong price, a wrong capacity or a wrong piece count is the error we most want reported, because those are the numbers people act on.
• Care questions: dishwasher racks, microwave use, oven limits, and what to do about the fine grey marks cutlery leaves on a white glaze.

What we cannot help with

We do not take payment or send parcels. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. An order placed there is handled there, and a question about a delivery, a refund or a piece that arrived chipped has to go to the same place.

Reply times

We answer in the order messages arrive. There is no phone line and no chat window, because a maker our size that promised one would not answer it.
