This is the catalogue site for HASENSE. Reading it means accepting the terms below.

What this site is

A description of what we make, with photographs, sizes, capacities and prices. The money, the delivery and any return are handled at checkout with our retail partner rather than on this site. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no contract is formed by reading a page.

Figures on these pages

Prices are the figures from our last update. Prices move. Where the figure at checkout differs from the one here, checkout is right. Capacities, diameters and piece counts are as stated on each product sheet; where a figure is not stated, none is shown here rather than an estimate being made.

Oven, microwave and dishwasher limits

The limits quoted beside a piece are the maker limits for that piece and they differ across the shelves: a casserole dish and a mug are not rated the same. Read the card for the piece you are buying rather than a figure from a neighbouring one, and keep the sheet packed in the box.

Ceramics break

Fired clay is hard and brittle. A dropped mug can chip, a chipped rim can cut, and a piece taken from a hot oven onto a wet counter can crack from the shock. None of that is a defect, and nothing on this site replaces ordinary kitchen care or the safety notes in the box.

Photographs and text

The product photographs and the writing on this site are ours. Neither may be republished without permission. Quoting a sentence with a link back is fine.

Customer reviews

Reviews on this site are real customer reviews reproduced word for word, with the name and date the reviewer left. Spelling is left alone, and four-star voices stay in.

Food safety

Where our pages touch food safety, glaze chemistry or heating, they lean on public guidance and link the source with the date we read it. Nothing on this site is medical or professional advice, and the public agencies outrank anything written here.

We take care with what is written here and cannot promise it is free of error. Use of anything we make is at your own discretion, and nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind.
